I (am stay at night) can't sleep!

I want to sleep / to go to sleep ...but I can't (sleeping,) because the temperature at night is very high (higher) in the (this) city where I live. (I living.) I hate the summer when days become extremely (with day is very) hot. I also dislike (the) winter when it gets (with the day is) very cold in the daytime. Although (If) impossible, now I want/ long to be a fish which lives in the ocean.

Well written. I agree, there does seem to be great variations in temperature nowadays. 

I am staying at night

I want to go to sleep but I can't because the temperature is very high where I live . I hate the summer which is veílike as well as the winter which is very cold. If i were, i would to be a fish that i can live in the ocean.   Ples help me check
