Poor Dean. It is so say when a person loves someone who does'nt love back. I just saw this episode of Gilmore girls, which Dean tries to get close to Rory like he used to be. But unfortunately, Rory didn't want Dean anymore. Since Jess came to the series, Rory only spend her time talking with Jess and she even doesn't care how Dean is. In this episode, Rory's mother advises Dean to calm down and not get anxious. At the end of episode, Dean says a famous quote of Gilmore Girls: ''She likes Jess, doesn't she?''. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6CD3OIwYfyQ

Lucas, I am not a native speaker of English, and that is why I do not make the correction of English texts. But I must warn you about something you should use writing about the events in the past. You SHOULD use the INDIRECT SPEECH and the SEQUENCE of TENSES rules. So, if you start your sentence with " I just SAW..." it is obvious that you are talking about the past. So, ... Dean TRIED ...Rory SPENT... etc.
