Answers to the selection criteria 1,Strong interpersonal skills, a professional approach to work and an ability to deliver excellent customer orientated services. I have strong inter-personal skills from my time building and maintaining logistics networks through liaising with different stakeholders, creating and controlling budgets for events, coordinate the execution of events on-site during my time at the Consulate In addition to this experiences, I have demonstrated the ability to develop and support business activities, mitigate potential dilemmas, and appease multiple stakeholders during my time at XX Language institution as a Team Leader, I was involved in training new members of staff, holding weekly company meetings, performance evaluations and dealing with customers’ complaints, developing and supporting business activities in cooperation with the marketing department.I pursued feedback from customers and reviewed previous complaints while also creating a complaints database to seek out their problems and how to work on or solve each one. The main issues and complaints were again put to discussion with the other heads of departments. I was able to coordinate and manage the smooth running of company procedures and increase the organization and efficiency of their procedures. 2,Ability to work independently and as part of a team I believe environments where people are their own bosses, within reason.the process of taking the time to gather the relevant information and clearly define the problem or goal. I think it is important to get the information and clarify the problem first before you start coming up with possible solutions, or wasting other people's time. To accomplish team’s goals, I rely on asking questions and finding people receptive, so cooperation and access are important to me in a work group. When I worked for the shipping logistics company, When I arrived at the company, they were not providing all the services directly to customers but selling all the services from other companies which made us less competitive and left us with a lack of resources.I worked hard to maintain existing relations with other companies while also forging new ones by communicating and keeping them updated with seasonal special quotes and possible trends. Strived to provide feedback in a timely, direct manner and made lists of customers’ requirements and services that could be provided from the company's existing partners. Secondly I set very high standards for myself and tried to exceed in everything that I did while also encouraging others at work. This helped to build a strong team and left no one in the team afraid to request help from other members of the team in order to maintain accuracy. At the time I finished my work I received praise from my business partners and developed a large network of contacts. I continue to have contact with the company and maintained good relations with those form the company.

Hi, SC Thank you very much for your comment, its very clear ponits and helpful. Maybe because Im still in the process of learning while Im in the rush to nail down a job that my writting piece seem long and no appeal, also way to improve. To hear your suggestions on my CV writing let me more clear about what I should do for the next step as I'm kind of in the state of confusion. I wrote something about my expectations and will also spend time to look for sutaiable tearchers as I understand this will be a long journey till I achieve what I wanted. I saw anothe rentry of yours , you mentioned people in HK laugh at your speaking and you are getting shy and afraided to try. I understand that very well as Im myself is a second lanague leaner ans I have that experience lots before even felt being humiliated.Thats the reason driving me to learn harder so that I can understand why in the same background but in different culture the reactions are that different. I would like to tell you one thing that I have found out about the "laugh "issue as one of my friends used to complaint to me that he doesnt like people laugh at him even me.so I realised that in China most people espcial people who knows you when thy laugh they didnt mean to amuse you or think your speak or accent is not good, but they are thinking Woa, its funny to see people trying so hard to do this (learn mandarin), and it even adorable. you might seen those from other scenarios happening among just Chinese too. If a groun of friends are skating while one fell down others are laughing happily, at this time we dont mean to laugh or think the one who fell is clumsy ,idot or sth but purely think that's so fun. then we would like to help him or she out of this situation as we thought that as a group as a friend as a person I appreicated I would like to help you on sth your are not that good at... Hope this explanation help you a bit and be brave to speak out in public next time...

As a piece of written English, there are minor corrections. On the whole, it is pretty good. However, there are issues you need to consider: a) the italki formatting makes it very difficult to assess the presentation of your CV. b) It's very prolonged writing and difficult to read. Any recruiter is going to get bored reading it when they have 200 or more applications to read. That means your application is going to go into the reject pile more easily. c) you can communicate with the teachers first to discuss your needs. Always, when selecting a teacher, there is an element of uncertainty for the first time. d) Invariably, CVs need multiple revisions and also slight alterations for different types of job application. So, unfortunately, you will need to invest some time to learn CV writing for the future. However, in the future, you will get better at understanding what makes a CV for a particular type of job rather than making the same mistakes during the application.
