How should I respond when I'm said ”How are you ?” When I meet a foregner at work in Japan,some people say to me”How are you?” as greeting. In Japan,almost people learn that we should reply ”I'm fine thank you and you? ”. But I think it 's too long to reply and I wanna reply more easily. What should I respond ?

When I meet a foreigners at work in Japan, some people say to me”How are you?” as greeting. In Japan, almost people everyone learns that we should reply with, ”I'm fine thank you and you?” But I think that the reply is it's too long to reply and I wanna want to reply with something more easier. What should I respond with?



"Good thanks and you?" is a bit shorter
