mainland: I used the expression "continent" expression and but my teacher suggested I use "mainland" instead.

for visitors unlimtited: Foreign tourists who are visiting Greece will not be affected by the new rules limiting cash withdrawals.

(Allora, si può dire quasi la stessa cosa in vari modi usando vari tempi verbali con piccole sfumature del significato: "Tourists visiting Greece will have unlimited cash withdrawals" oppure "Tourists who visit Greece will not be affected by...")
