My country - China

I would like introduce my motherland, China, to you. China is a historical country, since the Xiang dynasty in about 20 BC to recent Qing dynasty. It spans almost 5000 years.
China has 8 cuisines.  Of all of these, I think Sichuan cuisine is best of them. Chefs blend many spices together to create various flavors, inculding hot and sour sauce, tasty fish-flavour sauce, numbingly spicy sauce and so on. You know, there is a saying that China has food and Sichuan has flavor.
I live in the northeast of china. It's cold in winter and hot in summer there. In winter, my hometown is just like the heaven of snow.
