I wake up.

I wake up 8 o'clock at 8AM. But once a week, l must wake up 6 o'clock at 6AM. onece a week. It On that day I feel very sleepy. I usually drink a cup of tea. I like drinking tea.

It's easier to say 8am instead of "8 o'clock AM". Otherwise you can use "at 8 o'clock in the morning/afternoon".
