The controversial choice to be a vegetarian Today the interest for the alimentation is grow. Always more people choose to be vegetarian, but this is not often a choice driven by health motivation, instead behind this choice there are also ethical reasoning. For example, the condition of the animals in the farms or the idea that killing animals are always wrong, also for feeding. I think that become a vegetarian could be a great choice indipendently by the moral issues. Why? Because escluding the animal's protein from the diet we all could stay better. This because the human being has not evolved to eat meet or milk or eggs. The vast majority of the diet of the human being is always be composed by vegetables and fruits. This because the agriculture was in past the primary source of sustenance. Only in modern times we have at disposition so much meet because now we have farms mass. The red meet is the main responsable for cancer and milk is one of the most untolerated food in the world. This for me is enough to justify the elimination of meet, milk and eggs from my diet. And what about fish? Well, this is a insidious issue. From one hand, fish is also a source of animal's protein, on the other hand it's rich of Omega3, a fondamental research for our organism. So, at the moment I choose to not exclude fish from my diet, but in future I don't know what I will do. (Thanks for the help. Please leave me your opinion about this topic!)

The Controversial Choice to be a Vegetarian

Today the interest for the alimentation is grow ("Today the inerest in nutrition is growing"). Always More people choose ("are choosing") to be (preferisco, "to become," però "to be" anche è bene) vegetarian, but this is not often a choice driven by health motivation; instead, behind this choice there are also ethical reasoning ("reasons"). For example, the conditions of the animals (o, "the animals' conditions") in ("on") the farms, or the idea that killing animals are ("is"--"the idea" è singolare, non plurale. "Is" collega con "the idea" non "animals") always wrong, also for feeding (?--"for food").

I think that become ("becoming") a vegetarian could be a great choice indipendently by the moral issues ("for the moral issues alone"). Why? Because ("by") escluding ("excluding") the animal's protein (o, "animal protein") from the diet we all could stay better (preferisco, "healthier"). This ("is") because the human being (preferisco, "human beings". No sei sbagliato, però suona strane) has (have) not evolved to eat meet ("meat"), or milk or eggs. The vast majority of the diet of the human being ("The vast majority of the human's diet") is always be (o, "has always been") composed by ("of") vegetables and fruits. This ("is") because the agriculture was in past ("agriculture in the past was") the primary source of sustenance. Only in modern times we have at ("a") disposition ("to eat") so much meet ("meat") ("We only have a disposition to eat so much meat in modern times") because now we have farms mass (?--"massive farms," "factory farms").

The Red meet ("meat") is the main (...) responsable ("is the main thing/food responsable," "is mainly responsible") for cancer, and milk is one of the most untolerated ("untolerable") foods in the world. This for me is enough ("This is enough for me," "For me, this is enough") to justify the elimination of meet ("meat"), milk and eggs from my diet.

And what about fish? Well, this is an insidious (<-- haha, parola forte, però non esattamente funziona bene qui... "a tough/er" è meglio) issue. From ("On") one hand, fish is also a source of animal's protein ("animal protein"), ("but") on the other hand it's rich of ("in") Omega3's--a fondamental ("fundamental") research (?--"fundamental component") for (o, "to") our organism. So, at the moment I choose to not exclude fish from my diet, but in ("the") future I don't know what I will do.
