今日は私はアニメを見てました。私はアニメが大好きですよ。※よ is a particle to emphasize. It's used when the speaker/writer wants to inform the sentence to the hearer/reader firmly. This is a usual self-introduction. The hearer/reader has not said that you don't like to watch anime. He/She has not asked whether you like anime. So you'd better not to use よ.

私がは好き様々ないろんなアニメを見るのが好きです。※様々な is a stiff word.
私はまた話を姉台湾に住んで台湾いる姉と話をしました。来年私と私の母と私は台湾に行きます！私は嬉しい楽<たの>しみですよ。※うれしい is used at the moment when you get a happy thing. I think 楽しみです<I'm looking forward to seeing her> is better here.
