What is your breakfast in your country ? I would like to know what you eat in the morning in your country. It's like each country had a tradition in the breakfast, interesting and funny. In France we eat very sweet. Bread with butter and strawberry jam, or bread with nutella (for youngsters), pastries as the "croissant" or "pain au chocolat". We eat sugary cereals (Golden Grahams, Kellogg's, and many others) in a bowl of chocolate milk. We drink orange juice or coffee, sometimes tea (I like the black tea). I would like to eat meat in the morning, like the English! Unfortunately there are a lot of French who prefer not to eat breakfast. They only eat the lunch and dinner.. And you ? :) If I have made mistakes, can you correct me ?

What is your breakfast in your country? (I guess you can put it one space away from the sentence, like you do in French. But in English, It'd look better being right next to the sentence)

I would like to know what you eat in the morning in your country. It's like every country has a tradition in their breakfast, it's interesting and funny.

In France we eat very sweet. Bread with butter and strawberry jam, or bread with nutella (for youngsters), pastries like the "croissant" or "pain au chocolat". We eat sugary cereals (Golden Grahams, Kellogg's, and many others) in a bowl of chocolate milk. We drink orange juice or coffee, sometimes tea (I like the black tea). I would like to eat meat in the morning, like the English people!

Unfortunately there are a lot of French people who prefer not to eat breakfast. They only eat the lunch and dinner..

And you? :) If I have made mistakes, can you correct me?

In Japan, the traditional breakfast consists of a small grilled fish (or egg), vegetable, rice and soup or so. Calories are not so high since there is no oil or refined sugar in it. But nobody has a time for a proper breakfast except big family in rural area. People usually grab a toast and coffee and rush out the door to catch a train these days. My farther worked in construction business, so we had a bigger breakfast, which was very unusual. When I lived in Italy with a Italian family, I had to eat sugary breakfast which didn't fill me at all. I was a teenager with big appetite! So, everyday, I ate a panini at school cafeteria before lunch. I gained so much weight...\ >_< /
