La mia casa (since the note's topic is not your actual house, i think you wanted to say "the place where I live in". Since there is no single word to say it without sounding too formal, I think "Ho cambiato casa" or "Mi sono trasferita" fit better. Both mean "i moved".)

Your Italian is very good, fully understandable. All the tips i gave you are aimed to help you convey the message the EXACTLY way you want to. Study the prepositions and their bounding with articles (nello, nella, negli, nelle ... ). I know tenses are hard to understand, but grab those and you will hold the language perfectly.

Buono! Fai solo qualche errore con preposizioni e articoli ( che in italiano sono complicati; le preposizioni sono difficili in tutte le lingue) Una frase come: Mia madre viene dall'Irlanda del nord e l'estate scorsa ha deciso che voleva tornare in Irlanda. anche se si puo' dire meglio come ti ha corretto Daniela, nel parlato puo' venir detta uguale anche da un madrelingua. città piccola... una città pittoresca piccola citta', but citta' pittoresca Le regole sulla posizione dell'aggettivo sono estremamente complicate e non sono vere regole bisogna imparare a orecchio. Noi abbiamo lo stesso problema con la posizione degli avverbi in inglese.
