我姐姐是來自台灣，我會去拜訪她在二月。我答應她我會實踐我普通話。所以這是我在做什麼。我知道幾乎沒有普通話除了幾句話，她教給我的。我想練習我的口語。我想提高和驚喜我的大姐姐。

My older sister is from Taiwan 姐姐是在台湾長大 This is the nuance in English and I am going to visit her in February. 而二月去看她, 拜訪 is too distant a term to use between immediate family. I promised her I would practice my Mandarin, so that is what I will do. 我答應她我會把我的國語This is the Taiwanese term for Mandarin. 普通話 is used by the Mainland, just like UK, US or Canadian English may use different terms to express the same thing 努力地學得好 I don't know much Mandarin, besides a few words she taught me. 除了一些姐姐教的幾句, 甚麼都不會. I need to practice my speaking mostly. 大部份的練習是在口語的方面中I want to improve and surprise my older sister. 我要進步, 要令姐姐驚喜

Sometimes some people's Mandarin is hard to correct because it is so hard to tell what they are attempting to convey. But the meaning of your Mandarin is clear enough (w/o looking at the translation), it is pretty good. 加油!
