Have you ever feel like don´t going out? I work in an office from Monday to Friday, usually I start working at 7:00 a.m. and I finish at 6:00, then I goto the gym and I arrive to my house at 9:00 p.m. On weekends, I visit my family and walk around the city, but yesterday I didn´t wanted to go out!. I just wanted to stay in my house and be quiet. Maybe sometimes is necesary to take a rest.

Have you ever felt like not going out?

Nice job. A few explanations:

The use of ; is to avoid run-on sentences, or to show a break in the thought (for example, in the "On weekends" sentence). It also changes from present tense (visit) to past (didn't want).

"be quiet" works, but maybe a better way is to say "have some peace and quiet"

And yes, sometimes home is the best place to be! (Let me know if the exp.s are unclear.)
