Dear _______ people,

I just got my package and WAS satisfied with the fast delivery and design of the product. However, I have 3 major problems THAT I WISH to point out with your product.

First, it has some scratches on the bottom of the temple bows, which even made ME wonder if it WAS A second-hand product or not. I highly doubt it though. Second, one of the bows has a very loose joint and I am pretty sure it is going to fall apart pretty soon. Last but not least, the design is slightly DIFFERENT from what I ordered. No colorful lines on the bows.

For these reasons, I want to return these glasses and get a refund. Please let me know of your company policy regarding faulty products and refund thereof. I am really looking forward to hearing from you ASAP! Thanks a lot.

- “I think I have 3 major problems” à “I think” à it’s okay to use this, however when complaining or trying to make a point, saying ‘I think’ makes you sound indirect, however because you have been wronged you should be more direct, especially because you bought something from these people.

- “to point out with your product” à “That I wish” just makes the sentence more natural.

Once again, awesome! Actually I thought when you wrote ‘temple bows’ I literally thought ‘bow and arrow’ and then I saw they were glasses, and
everything made sense. LOL
