Are you willing to stay in a company where is no training and no improvement? I am a little boring with my job. i have worked in this comapnay for about five years and know the colleagues very well so have a nice cooperation. But our businesss is very bad. In the previous time, our main customer are Nokia and Rim. But after their falling down, our company is in a mess. we are looking for new customers.....In the past time, we did IMD tools for Nokia. But now , we are turn our target to traditional tool. In my oponion, since our products are changed, so we need to change our business process management. But we still use our original management procedure. so everything becomes very complicated because there are many new work which we can not find the resposible people.....My heart is very tired.

But after their falling down, [or, after they went downhill] our company is in a mess. we are looking for new customers.....In the past time, we did IMD tools for Nokia.
