Registration Day (1)
I went to the District Education Beauro Bureau today for registration to register as a new teacher employed.
I wasn't really expecting had no expectations on the school I would be assigned to.
Because usually you go to the school where leaders are satisfied with your interview including a trial lecture, which means I have some idea of my final workplace. And in fact, it is not my first choice.
<em>(A bit difficult to correct; I would phrase it as follows:</em>
You first have an interview, and give a trial lecture, with the District Education Bureau. They then allocate us to a school which in fact, for me, turned out not to be my first choice.
Last December, I went for the interview given by the District Education Bureau. Luckily, I passed. But later I was informed that I had two more interviews to do with the schools affiliated with the beauro Bureau to see which one I would work at.
Let's name them school A (old and famous) and school B (new and brand-new). Undoubtedly I had my preference for A. My preference was definitely for school A.
