Hi, good job! However, I think "go straight for 10 minutes", we need something where we turn right because there is differences "to walk for 10 minutes" depending on the person. For example, I would say: えきの改札口[かいさつぐち]を出たらそのまままっすぐ10分くらい歩くとカフェがあります。そのかどを右に曲がって花屋を通りすぎたら、大田クリニックと本屋の間の道を左に曲がってください。そうすると高くて白いビルが見えます。そのビルの向こう側に図書館があります。Besides, I would use the formal form when I show the way except when I talk to children or very young people. I hope you understand what I said.
