我住在智利。 This is grammatically correct but it would be better this way because of your next line.  我家乡是知利. 我的国家 Again not an error and understandable but this is more precise. 土又窄又长 又窄 Cultural preference. 有的/些 人说在智利没有东西辺方也没有东方， 只有南北界方和南方！
在智利有四个季节，现在是冬节, 天气所以非常寒冷。 我的朋友想去北方避冬因为那里不太冷。
