오늘 진구(친구)하고 만나서고 (무엇을: you should write 'what' this blank) 먹었어요. 하한국어 공부했어고, 일말(What is '일말'? please let us know '일말' in English.)d을를 배웠왔어요. 그래레서 오늘 좋았어요!

(Who is '진구'? '진구' is a person? or if you wanted to express friend, you can use '친구'. )

There are two number systems in case you didn't know. Study both :)

Since "말" has 받침, you would use "을" not "를" anyway. "무엇" means "what" but it also means "something", so you should either specifically write what you ate or just use "무엇(을)". 먹었어요 should have an object.
