Alam mo ba ng filipino national bird? → Alam mo ba ang ...”, but it would sound more natural as, “Alam mo ba kung ano ang national bird ng Pilipinas?” (“National bird” is “pambansang ibon”, but, of course, that will spoil the flow of the joke if you'd apply it here).

Anong ibig sabihin ng bird?
Ibon!!
Huh?..........Hindi ko alam"

Yung klabe para sa iyo: (I understand what you meant by “klabe”, based on its “key” meaning in Spanish, but I have never heard that word used here. Actually, I don't think we have a Tagalog word for “clue” that's why we would also just use the English word for it - Ang/Yung clue para sa iyo. A possible way to say it would be to use “ideya” (idea). “Bibigyan kita ng ideya” = I'll give you an idea, which may be taken to mean, “I'll give you a clue”. It won't sound right though as “Yung ideya para sa iyo” because that would translate to “The idea for you”.

Unang letra ng salita ay M…. (You only use “ni” before names/title of persons or for pet animals, if they are given names)

MANOK!!!
