Too late !

When will we say too late? Sometimes I feel too late to begin with something. For example,  trying to learn English. Why I can't success with it. When I feel confident to say some English there will have be someone smiling (smirking) at  me. It makes me feel afraid when I begin to say / speak in English. I feel embarrased and then I couldn't open my mouth to say / speak in English.

it is never too late to do something. when you have set your mind one someting, you should go for it! good luck! :)
