Conversation Simulating 1 - Hi, John! How you been? - Hey, Peter. Nice to see you. What's going on? - Good. I'm planning a travel to U.S. - Sounds nice. Which city are you going to go? - I wanna go to Los Angeles, New York City, and Washington. - Wow, that's awesome! I've never been to Los Angeles. So, who are you gonna go with? - Well. Let me see. Humm... I wanna take my parents because they have never travelled outside of China. - It's a good idea. How long are you going to take for travelling then? - Maybe 7 days. We'll take a ship to U.S. and return by a plane.By the way, it is heard that the ship is very huge with two big swimming pools on it. - Awesome! I hope you enjoy it! - Thanks. Oh, I have to go now. - Okay, see you next time.

'What's going on?' is generally a question you use when there's some kind of commotion and you want to find out what all the noise is about. Ask 'What's up?' or 'How are you?' instead. In addition to 'I'm planning to travel' you can say 'I'm planning a trip to the US'. Which city are you going to (visit)/(go to)? You can say very huge in a conversation for emphasis, but huge and very big are preferable.
