But I woke up at 8 oc'lock 20 minutes....
I couldn't eat breakfast because I don't have time when I eat anything.

Today,I had a class in university from 9 o'clock. <em>had is past and past participle of have.</em>
Today, on 9 o'clock I have class in the university.
But I woke up at 8 oc'lock 20 minutes....
But I woke up 8:20 in the morning.
I couldn't eat breakfast because I don't have time when I eat anything.
Because I'm in a rush, I couldn't eat my breakfast.
