Daily practice Accurate Headcounts are hard to come by due to the uncertain talent market factors and environment change. To make the forecast more accurate, we have managed to adjust our Headcount every month. As you can see the detail from our Forecast of Aug, we managed decrease about ** headcounts during the last two month. However, it’s still hard for us to make an exact number estimation on human resource cost. As you know, the headcount is not the only influence fact, candidates’ level, position and their probable date on board are also crucial to the whole HR cost in full year which will explain our HR cost increase from Q3 to Q4. Recently we are trying to communicate, collect and review their Estimate Headcount from Sep to Dec by Dept.. It will absolutely helpful to the accuracy of Cost Forecast and 2016 budget.
