There are many different ways you can say this - I've tried to make the first one a grammatically correct version of your original, but have also written some common ways we might say it in conversation in English :) Number 3 is probably most common / conversational, I would say.

1. Now I realise my dream is to become an English teacher.

I need lots of people who can help make my dream come true. I really want to learn all about English.

or some alternatives:

2. I have just realised my dream is to become an English teacher.

To make my dream come true, I need lots of people to help me learn to speak English and teach me about the language.

3. I hope to become an English teacher. To achieve this, I would like to meet as many English speakers as possible to learn the language.
