Improve the language for an exam!!!!

Hey readers, I'm an Italian student and I would like to improve my english, because it's very important to know the language for my studies! I'm an economy student and the next week I will take thean english exam! I'm really nervous because I don't know many terms and I'm not very good at building phrases..Anyone suggestions??
