My healthy lifestyle

I try to lead a healthy lifestyle. I do not like fast-food, crisps, or fizzy and alcoholic drinks (with the exception of wine). We eat lean meats, fish, soups, cereals, vegetables, fruit and the like. However, I really do like kebabs and pizza. I can't refuse such a meal completely; that's why I eat it once or twice a quarterly every three months.
Five months ago, I had a backache. I visited a doctor and he recommended to me to do sports. In addition, I have long wanted to lose about 15 lbs (~7 kilograms). Then I decided to follow the doctor's advice and bought an annual subscription to a fitness center.
It seems it helps me feel better.
