Crash diet Dear Ana, I hope you can lose weight with this daily menu of 1.500 calories. I suggest to be strict with amounts and eat five times a day at least. The beginning maybe hard but if you are constant you will get. I recommend to work out three times a week, and stop smoking. Breakfast: a cup of milk with whole brown grain cereals Snack: one yogurt low fat with a fruit and ten nuts. Lunch: chicken or beef roasted in the oven with vegetables (onions, carrots, pepper, tomatoes, etc) Snack: a cup of tea and one fruit and ten almond Dinner: soup of vegetables, cottage cheese and a piece of fruit.

Dinner: vegetable soup, cottage cheese and a piece of fruit.
