週末はたいでいたいていうちで日本語の勉強をしています。
It's ok to write "勉強をします".
Bit, if you write 勉強をしています, that has connotation of habitual actions.
So I think 勉強しています fits more here, I guess.
ロンドンのそばに住んでいます。
私の町はとても静かなです、そしてつまらない。
この方が自然だと思います。
「私の町はとても静かで退屈(たいくつ)です。」
今は日本のお茶を買いましたから、私は痩せています。
I don't understand this sentence well.
"Since I bought some Japanese tea and started drinking that, I've lost some weight."
If above is what you're going to say, Japanese sentence would be the followings:
日本のお茶を買って飲むようになったので、私は痩せました。

私はこの????いつま(?)をよく聞き聴きます。
