Dear, Debbie,
Hello, how are you? It has been a while since the last time we spoke. I want to thank you for your invitation. I'm really excited about staying in Scotland, and I can't wait to go to the summer festival with you. Talking of the programme of the event, I made did some research on the Internet and I would rather you booked the tickets for "The Merchant of Venice", because I'm very keen on Shakespeare.
If it is ok for you, a couple of central seats will be perfect so that we can both see the acting and hear decently without paying a fortune. Then, in case if ((not gramatically incorrect, but "in case" is usually used if you're talking about something negative-- "In case the weather is bad")) the weather is good, I would enjoy going to the seaside and eating something typical. I heard haggis is one of the best dishes -- we could have it at the festival!! Thank your aunt on my behalf for her hospitaliy, and let me know if there's something I could get to her from Italy. I'm looking forward to seeing you!
Kisses,
Penelope
