First notebook. This is my first note book. I went to the driver's license center to update my license today. I was caught for speeding before so I needed to take 2 hours traffic rule's class. I felt it was very long and got sleepy....The enlightening movie of trafic rules was played. The story was like this. There was a happy family. The story starts from the father preached his son that he should be honest person. His wife was expecting a second baby. They looked very happy. But right after that, the father drove his car and hit to a mortor-bike because he ignore the stop sign although the road was very familiar for him and he usually stop at there, but this time, he didn't do it first time....Then the driver of the motor-bike was died. His wife got sick because of it. He was blaming his fortune but he didn't blame himself. His wife blamed him who didn't reflect that he didn't keep a traffic rule. And she said"We killed a person, we don't have a right to have a new baby!!!" He lost even his job. On the other hand, he was not accepted his apologize by the victim's family. The victim had 2 kids, his wife seemed that they had counted very much on the husband. Finally she stayed in the hospital because of the stress. Their kids were separated, the older brother went to the protective institution. Everything was crushed. After watching the movie, I feel a gloomy because there were a lot of points that I couldn't agree.

First notebook entry.

(A notebook is usually the book overall, or the ノート. A notebook entry is a piece written into the notebook.)

This is my first notebook entry.
I went to the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles; people sometimes say license center, but DMV is much more common) to update my license today. I was caught for speeding before, so I needed to take a two-hour class on traffic rules (remember to say "a" or "the"; while "a class about" something makes sense, "a class on" something sounds a bit better). I felt it was very long and I got sleepy... The enlightening movie about traffic rules was playing. The story was about a happy family. The father was telling (outside of a church, preaching tends to suggest desperation) his son to be an honest person. The mother was expecting a second baby. They looked very happy. But soon after that, the father drove his car into a motorbike because he ignored the stop sign. Although the road was very familiar to him and he would usually stop there, this time, he didn't stop... Then, the driver of the motorbike was killed (died is a past tense verb, not an adjective, while killed is an adjective). His wife got sick because of it. He was blaming his fortune, but he didn't blame himself. His wife blamed him who didn't admit to his mistake. And she said, "We killed a person. We don't have the right to have a baby!!!" He also lost his job.
On the other hand, the victim's family did not accept his apologies. The victim had 2 kids. His wife thought that they had counted very much on the husband. She had to stay in a hospital because of the stress. Their kids were separated. The older brother went to a protective institution. Everything was crushed.
After watching the movie, I feel gloomy, because there were a lot of points that I couldn't agree with.
