Stress Today I want to speak about stress. How can we defeat the stress? If you want to be relaxed you mustn’t do several things at once, and also it is very important to separate between work time and free time. You must respect every time. For example if you are enjoying a nice evening movie with your family or friends, you mustn’t think on work, and if you are working you should focus and try to be productive with your job, both are essential if you want a plenty life. In addition, to get used to eat healthy food and work out several times in the week can help you to defeat the stress.

Today, I want to talk about stress. How can we cope with stress?


Relaxing is one way to cope with stress. If you want to relax, do not do several things at once <em>(support this statement with reasons why you do not do several things at once, e.g.) </em>because the more works you do, the more your brain responds to the task. And if you exceeded your limits, stress is bound to follow.

<em></em>It is also important to separate your work time from your free time. You must enjoy your free time.  For example, if you are enjoying a nice evening with your family or friends, do not think about work! Worrying about work will just destruct you from enjoying. And if you are working, focus to your work. That way, you will be more productive.

 

And lastly, managing your work time and free time is not the only way to cope with and relieve stress. You should also consider eating a healthy and balanced diet and do regular exercise. These are not just the components to relieve stress; but also the essential engredients for a healthy living.

For example if you are enjoying a nice evening movie with your family or friends, you mustn’t think about work, and if you are working you should focus and try to be productive with your job, both are essential if you want a full/complete life. In addition, to get used to eating healthy food and working out several times a week can help you (to) reduce the stress.
