How to Learn English

Hi, I only want know how learn English easily. Should I use exercises, web sites, chats with of people to learn English. If anybody can help me, thanks you. Currently, I'm learning with a software called "roseta stone" and "Doulingo". I don't have time to of study in an institute because of for my job. I work 11 to at 12 hours per day.
