meu nome é Austin. Although it's correct to say that way, we normaly use "me chamo Austin" (I'm called Austin - or literally I call myself Austin).
Eu sou 21 anos - It's like in French: We are not 21 years old, we have 21 years "of age", so we use "Eu tenho 21 anos" which is short for Eu tenho 21 anos de idade (I have 21 years of age)
Date in portuguese is expressed with the day first, followed by the month and by the year.
using 'de' to connect all parts. It's like saying: 21 of august of 1994: 21 de agosto de 1994.
eu posso fazer o meu melhor para ajudá-lo = this I guess is a translation of the english expression I can do my best to help. We have another way of saying it: farei o possível para ajudar. (I'll do what is possible to help). But again, there's nothing incorrect in this sentence. It's just not so natural, but any portuguese speaker would understand :)
Apenas a mensagem mim = this I guess means Just message me. The translator didn't translate it very well. The best way of saying this is with "basta" (it's enough): Basta enviar uma mensagem (It's enough to send a message)
