케이크를 사면 좋겠어요 -> It means that you want(hope) to buy a cake 케이크를 사가면 좋겠어요 -> It means that you want(hope) to buy a cake when you go to somewhere. So, normally we just say"헐 케이크 사고 싶어요." when we see delicious cakes. When you say "케이크 사가면 좋겠다! ", it can be used in detalied situations. For example, when you go to visit your friend house then you thought it could be great to buy a cake. you say " 아, 케이크 사가면 좋겠다!"
