Best ways to learn language Hello everyone!! :)) I've heard that one of the best ways to learn a language is through watching films or reading books in that language... Could you suggest some easy books and movies to practice my English? :)))

Dear Katty, I can recommend "Matilda" from Roald Dahl. It's a children book, but fun for grown-ups as well. I've read twice recently, once in German and once in English. It's about a girl that is exceptionally smart, with dull and unfair parents, who is teaching herself reading and writing poets even before she enters school. In school she encounters a lovely class teacher and a super violent headmistress how is using the school pupils to train hammer throwing. Please refer to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matilda_(novel) When Matilda learns reading, the book gives a list classical English literature writings. This is the list: Nicholas Nickleby by Charles Dickens Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen Tess of the D’Urbervilles by Thomas Hardie Gone to Earth by Mary Webb Kim by Rudyard Kipling The Invisible Man by H.G. Wells The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemmingway The Sound and the Fury by William Faulkner The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck The Good Companions by J.B. Priestly Brighton Rock by Graham Greene Animal Farm by George Orwell Would you like to hear my movie recommendations as well?
