十一月に日本へ行きます

私の夫と私は十一月に日本へ行きます。日本への四回目の旅行です。私たちは日光市、甲府市、 京都市、東京と鎌倉を訪問します。

If you come Japan for business,訪問します is suitable.But if you come for sightseeing, more soft expression is better,I think.

「～を訪ねる予定です。」「～を回りたいと思っています。」「～に行こうと思っています。」「～に行きたいと思っています。」「～に行く予定です。」「～に行く計画です。」「～に行く計画を立てています。」

English says " my hasband",but Japanese not need "my" in this sentence.Because in conversation, 夫　use only his wife. When You want say "my friend hasband",you cannot use word "夫". You shuold use respect word "ご主人"　,　"旦那さん" etc.

Native Japanese speaker is often omit subject.So if you omit ”私たちは”, more fluent.
