Formal e-mail Dear Mr Williams, My name is Patricia and I’m from Gran Canaria. It’s an island situated in the Canary Islands, in Spain. I would like to improve my English and I think Big Ben Language School is the best option to do it. I read all the information from the website but I have some question still. I need to improve my English because of my work. I’m Chemical Engineer and I’m going to go abroad in a few months for working. I will work in an international company and, obviously, It’s esencial for me to speak and write fluent English. Are the teachers in the school qualified to teach me high level? I haven’t so much time. I think I have intermediate level writing English so I need to practice more speaking. But I have a little question: how many students will be in each class? I’m a little shy and, for this reason, I’d like not more of 6-7 students per class. On the other hand, I fly from Gran Canaria in a few days and I’d like to know if I need to take special class material for the school. I wouldn’t like I forget something here. I already paid all but I was looking all documents and I don’t know if the price include only the teacher, accommodation and expenses or It includes more than this. Can you explain me what’s included in the price exactly? Thank you so much for your patience. Finally, I have never been in London and I don’t know what amenities have in the places near to school or accommodation. You help me a lot if you could tell me something about the nearby. I have already paid in full/all ,but after going through all the documents, and I not sure if the price included only the teacher and accommodation expenses or there are more , which I am not aware of.

Finally, I have never been to London and I don’t know what amenities are available the places near to the school or my place of accommodation. You would help me a lot if you could tell me something about the vicinity
