Mi first formal letter NOTE: I hope that you can help me with corrections and suggestions about the redaction :) Dear Mr. Smith: I need technical support about the Acme equipment, and I hope that you can help me. My problem is with the Pocket that cannot recognizes the device (in this case the Acme instrument). The pocket operating system is Windows mobile, and I suppose that for the device need install drivers previously to measuring for a correct performance. Using Acme software for laptops (Windows 8) I do not have problems to use, is just the Pocket. I greet you cordially Juan Pablo Rey

I need some technical support for the Acme equipment we have, and I hope that you can help me. My problem is with the Pocket? that does not recognize the device we want to use.
