What discovery in the last 100 years has been most beneficial for people in my country What discovery in the last 100 years has been most beneficial for people in your country? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice. The most important for people both in my country and in the entire world were social and economic models of USSR during period from 1945 till 1953 year. In this period Soviet Union demonstrated the most impressive economic growth that humankind has ever known. And it was at that time when the most populated part of the country was in ruin after Nazi invasion, at that time when US strategic bombers from NATO bases in Western Europe and from Near East could anytime attack Soviet Cities, at that time when US president Harry Truman few times signed orders about “preventive civilian cities nuclear bombardments” and the country was forced to spend huge resources for self-defense. In that time the soviet economic model was proved as the most effective one. This economic born a lot of new industries like nuclear energetic, cosmonautics, information technology, television, telecommunication and so on. And Soviet Union achieved the same or better results as US had, spending a minuscule share of resources that US did. Now US globalization model are collapsing and the whole world of financial capitalism are sliding down into the deepest system crisis. The time are coming to raise legacy of the Stalin’s economy and have second attempt to build a just society for the all of mankind.

The most important for people both in my country and in the entire world were the social and economic models of the USSR during the period from 1945 till 1953 year. In this period the Soviet Union demonstrated the most impressive economic growth that humankind has ever known.

And it was during this time when the most populated part of the country was in ruin after the Nazi invasion, at that time when US strategic bombers from NATO bases in Western Europe and from the Near East could attack Soviet Cities at anytime, at that time when US president Harry Truman few times signed several orders about “preemptive nuclear bombardments of civilian cities” and the country was forced to spend huge amounts of resources on self-defense.
During this time the soviet economic model was proven to be the most effective one. This economic system gave birth to a lot of new industries like nuclear energy, cosmonautics, information technology, television, telecommunication and so on. And the Soviet Union achieved the same or better results as the US had, while spending a comparatively minuscule share of resources that US did.

Now the US globalization model are collapsing and the whole world of financial capitalism is sliding down into the deepest system crisis. The time is coming to raise the legacy of the Stalin’s economy <em>[or: the Stalinist economic system]</em> and have a second attempt at building a just society for the all of mankind.
