Have you ever heard about this book? I'd like to talk about the last book that I'm reading, titled " Watching the English: The Hidden Rules of English Behaviour" by Kate Fox. It seems to be it's a quite well known book. This book is divided in two sections. One of them is about conversation codes and the other one is about behaviour codes. It's very funny the way that the author explains it. Real examples are included. Sometimes it might be difficult to understand the social rules which governing in this country, especially for foreign people and that's why I consider very interesting the reading of this book, especially for people who want to live in Uk. I recommend it to anyone.

(That sounds like an interesting book! There is so much more to language than a dictionary can explain.  As an English speaker (although I am in the USA) I would find it educational to realize what I take for granted and how I might have misunderstandings with people from another background.)
