Business meeting

Yesterday I had a business meeting with some Americans.
I was quite nervous because it has been a long time since I have spoken English with English native speakers..
It went okay without any major problem !
But I learned that I should not stop practicing speaking in English with others.
Please wish me luck so that I don't lose today's resolution!

Notes

some Americans -- the word some limits how you spoke with, in your original sentence, it could imply that you were speaking to all of America.

cause - I think that you have used this verb as you have probably heard some English speakers shorten the word "because" to something that sounds like cause

or coz (often written as 'coz to indicate a shortened form of because).

English has a lot of connectors that Korean lacks, that is where my addition of the a in a long time came from.

so that I don't lose - the problem here is that you are talking about a future action, so you do not want to lose something in the future.

Your original sentence indicates that you already losing the resolution.

Conclusion:

This is a good start to the italki world. I hope that you don't lose your resolve
