1) Bring the point of importance close to the verb which is probably your name in this case.
2) "려고" conjugation is similar to "in order to". Short and effective.
3) 그래서 is similar to "therefore" usually followed by past while 그러니 means "for the reason mentioned" mostly followed by present or future.
4) Because omitting subject is the norm in Korean, not omitting it makes the sentence stand out, thus suits the final sentence very well. And the "도" particle makes much sense here as well.
