Hi Stanislav,

if I understood correctly, your question here is when do we use begin and when start.

Well, I would urge you, since you do have internet access, to use online dictionaries and Thesaurus (for synonyms, antonyms, etc).

Have a look here for an initial explanation on begin vs start:

https://dictionary.cambridge.org/grammar/british-grammar/begin-or-start

Other online sources you can use are the following:

www.wordreference.com  ( http://forum.wordreference.com/threads/begin-vs-start.19220/ )

http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english

https://www.oxforddictionaries.com/

Good luck with your english language learning!
