establish one good hobbie

21 days to establish and consontrate one good hobbie is very useful to me.
after chatting with nutritionist, i would like to read in heart for four sentenses, wish i will not forget it and very useful to my bad memory that i can still write them down:

happy emotion(attitude);abund of sleep;
oh, i suddenly forget the rest, means the above two is meaningful to me.

who care.

god show me that kindness will bring us the fortune, when you help others you will get both spiritual and material back.

my future bf will be sent by god to protect me and teach me, the only one he love for the love education.
