「そっちは暖かいの？」= "Is it warm there (where you live)?" でいいと思います。
うちは中西部のオハイオ州で、緯度鵜は盛岡と同じですが、今年もまだ比較的に暖かいです。若林さんの「そっち」はどうですか。What about where you live? Is it warm there now?
