Dobrý večer! Mé jméno je Steven. Já* Žiju v Anglii a pracuji jako zahradník.
* noun can be omitted here because it's obvious that you talk about yourself
On the other hand when someone asks a group of people "Kdo z vás žije v Anglii?" then you say "Já žiju v Anglii." or just "Já."
