Hi,Emily! Very glad to help you.

多谢您的的美言(美言 is always used when someone commend or praise you,and the words they say is 美言 for you.If people say that they would like to offer you help , wish you good luck or something like this, you should say that is 好意or美意. I think "kind words" in English includes both two meanings, and you can choose a more suitable Chinese word here depending on your suitation)!我真的很感谢的建议,我很害怕期待(害怕 means "afraid")(这门 is better, yours is also right)研究生课程(I'm not sure your graduate program is one course or it includes several courses. If there is just one course, your sentence is ok,but if it is second case, you'd better change “这个研究生课程” into “我的研究生课程”,because 这个 means just one)那门中美文化对比课听起来很有趣我希望能上这门课!^^ 忙的学期结束中学期结束的这段时间比较忙,我祝工作顺利身体健康。也祝您感恩节快乐!

After modifying,here it is:

多谢您的的美言/好意!我真的很感谢您的建议,我很期待这个/这门研究生课程 / 我的研究生课程。那门中美文化对比课听起来很有趣,我希望能上这门课!^^ 学期结束的这段时间比较忙,我祝您工作顺利,身体健康。也祝您感恩节快乐!

Hope it's helpful! :)

To study Chinese, I rearranged the corrected sentences adding my opinion a little. So, therer is the possibilty it is worse than the original ones.
Would you, Chinese people, review it and please comment my suggestions?

谢谢您的的美好意。由衷感谢您的推荐(*1)并且对这门研究生课程我感到兴奋。
中美文化比较课似乎很有趣(*2),我希望能上这门课。在繁忙的学期末, 我祝你工作顺利和身体健康。也祝您感恩节快乐。(*3)

My suggestion:

(1) I think "推荐(recommendation)" is better.
(2) Even if the write said, "…sounds really interesting", the real meaning was, "…seems really interesting", so I think "…似乎很有趣" is better.
(3) I think this letter is a kind of formal one, so I deleted the exclamation marks.

Even if you wrote, "…sounds really interesting", I think you really wanted to say was, "…seems really interesting", so I corrected as it "…似乎很有趣".
