You should check the use of articles and the conjugation of verbs but you're doing a great job keep it up! You should always remember that in italian the third singular person of the present of "essere" is "è" with the accent.

Io amo leggere libri. I miei scrittori preferiti sono : ("My favorite writers are" because there are more than one)  Paulo Choelho, Elizabeth Gilbert e (and) Lee Child. In questo momento sto leggendo (=I'm reading)  Adultery da Paulo Choelho. E' un (=Is an) libro incredibile(=incredible book). Che libro stai leggendo (=What book are you reading) in questo momento (because the action is in that moment = now) ? Qual e il tuo autore/ scrittore preferito? 
 
You shoudl pay attention to :
e= congiunction vs è =verb to be 
use of gerundio = present continuos or ing form ---"ing" form in english is equal "ando" form in italian. 
Use of plural sono in italian  = are in english

Be careful with the accent in the italian third singular person of the verb ''to be''. (è)

When you are talking about a book, you've to put the title in quotation marks. (''Adultery'')
