The Essence of a Corporation

I read a text which criticizes the state of a corporation. And below is a summary of it.

The gist of the text consists of three parts. The first is that a corporation to which many people dedicate themselves is merely a “doom machine” that may ruin human beings; and the second is that the problem of a corporation is that it cannot make allowances for flesh-and-blood persons, though it exists in a human society; and the last is that society gives excessive priority to economic development, we human beings probably produced an entity which will eventually destroy us.
